Tickets for the home matches of APOEL for the 8th group of the #UCL

Due to the high ticket demand for the home matches of APOEL for the 8th group of the UEFA Champions League, we would like to repeat the information in regards to buying single tickets and to clarify the policy of distribution.

RATIONALE

APOEL FOOTBALL (PUBLIC) LTD wants to secure that priority for tickets is given to APOEL fans. The distribution via the APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME safeguards our fans.
A person that has issued a loyalty card after the group stage draw, most probably will not be able to secure a ticket for any of the 3 matches, since he/ she has not watched a match of APOEL since November 2015 and has not accumulated any points in the APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME.
The only way an APOEL fan can secure tickets for the 3 matches is by buying the “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) season ticket.

“ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

- The tickets for the 3 matches are guaranteed, though not included in the original price of the season ticket. “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) season ticket holders need to purchase their ticket at normal price within the priority period that will be announced for each match. They will be notified via sms.
- The sale of “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) season tickets continues normal at this moment.
- The sale of “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) season tickets will cease during the sale of single tickets for each European match. We encourage our fans that want to buy “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) season tickets to do so before the end of the priority period.

“LEGEND” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

- The tickets for the 3 matches are included in the season ticket. No more “LEGEND” season tickets are being sold.

TICKET DISTRIBUTION POLICY

- After allowing for the ticketing needs for the team, team sponsors, team collaborators, season ticket holders, PAN.SY.FI, visiting team, UEFA and UEFA sponsors, the remaining number of available tickets will be announced.
- Loyalty card holders will be eligible to buy tickets according to their ranking in the APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME. A list (List A) will be announced on the Club’s media and the eligible fans will be notified via sms.
- In case tickets remain unsold, a second list (List B) will be announced for the eligible fans following in the ranking of the APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME. They will also be notified via sms.
- In case tickets remain unsold, these will be available to all loyalty card holders on a first come-first served basis.
- The ticket distribution policy is the same that has been followed for all away matches necessary, since November 2014.

PHASES OF SALE

There will be a separate sale announcement for each match, approximately 2 weeks before the date the match is scheduled. The phases are:

- PHASE 1: MOVEMENTS FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/ PRIORITY PERIOD FOR EXISTING “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/ SALE OF NEW “ONLY APOEL” (ΜΟΝΟ ΑΠΟΕΛ) SEASON TICKETS
- PHASE 2: LIST A ACCORDING TO THE APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
- PHASE 3: LIST B ACCORDING TO THE APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME
- PHASE 4: OPEN SALE FOR LOYALTY CARD HOLDERS (IN CASE TICKETS REMAIN UNSOLD)

IMPORTANCE OF ATTENDANCE AT LEAGUE MATCHES

- If a fan is eligible to buy a ticket for the first match of the group, is not guaranteed eligibility for the rest 2 matches.
- The APOEL FC LOYALTY/ MEMBERSHIP SCHEME ranking is variable since local matches will be played in between the European matches. Through the local matches (home and away) fans can support our team and collect points to increase their ranking.

REMINDERS

- There will be no ticket packages for the 3 matches.
- The loyalty card is necessary to buy a ticket for fans of all ages.
- Tickets are being sold only via APOEL official routes. No other entity has the right or capacity to sell tickets. We ask the public not to buy tickets from other sources as they might be scammed.
- The above procedures will be followed strictly. We ask our fans to follow the instructions of the sale announcements and be patient, to get the best service possible.
